The Boston office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level associate to join the Labor & Employment group. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience with employment-related litigation and advice and counseling, including employment/separation/restrictive covenant agreements, wage/hour work (e.g., classifications, general compliance), leave of absence and policy review. Prior experience supporting corporate transactions is preferred but not required. Candidates must be an active member of the Massachusetts bar.

$235,000 - $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
