Ideal candidates will have experience representing employers on both a class and individual basis with respect to wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements, along with other labor and employment issues. Traditional labor (labor management) skills are not necessary, but are a plus.
Qualified
candidates will have solid academic performance in law school, strong
interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and
the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
Candidates must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.
