A Leading Northern California Law Firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Associate to join our nationally recognized Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced patent litigator to play a critical role in complex, high-stakes patent disputes across a variety of cutting-edge industries.The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of patent litigation experience, including significant responsibilities in case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, expert work, and trial preparation. Experience leading teams and managing client relationships is strongly preferred. A technical degree (e.g., engineering, computer science, or related technical field) is advantageous but not required.
As a Senior Associate, you'll play a central role in strategy, mentoring more junior associates, and developing client solutions. You'll work on some of the most complex and high-value patent litigation disputes across a wide range of industries—from advanced software and semiconductor technologies to platform and emerging tech companies.
