Cozen O'Connor is seeking an associate to join our Labor & Employment Department in the San Francisco office. Candidates applying to the Santa Monica office will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in employment law. Candidates should possess exceptional written and oral advocacy skills and the ability to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision. A strong academic background and California Bar membership are required. While labor law experience is preferred, it is not required.

Our labor and employment attorneys regularly handle high-stakes matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, disability accommodation, and sexual harassment lawsuits. Our team also handles employee unfair competition and trade secrets disputes, wage and hour class actions, as well as guiding clients through complex state, local, and federal laws and regulations, and developing policies and procedures to proactively mitigate litigation risks. As part of this dynamic role, the associate will collaborate with our distinguished labor and employment attorneys across the nation—many of whom are leaders in the field.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $210,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
