Quarles is seeking associates with 3+ years of experience to join its
dynamic Labor & Employment management-side team in its San Diego
office. Applicants should be employment litigators who possess excellent
academic credentials, knowledge of State and Federal fair employment
laws, wage-hour laws, ADA/FMLA, and related laws, and experience in case
preparation related to employment matters before state and federal
agencies, arbitrations, and courts. Applicants should have the ability
to take responsibility for matters without significant detailed
guidance, including attending hearings, drafting and responding to
discovery, drafting motions in federal and state court, and working up a
case for trial or arbitration. Advice and counseling experience is a
