Description:
Troutman Pepper's Labor & Employment practice group seeks to hire an associate with 3 to 5 years' experience in employment litigation matters, to be based in our Richmond office. The ideal candidate will have experience defending employers in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases and ERISA litigation, as well as covenant not to compete and trade secrets litigation. They will have a record of distinguished academic achievement, excellent writing and communication skills, and demonstrated work ethic and commitment to excellence in professional skills and client service. Our strong preference is for a candidate to sit in our Richmond office, but we are open to Virginia Beach, DC, Charlotte and Raleigh.Candidates must be licensed in the U.S. and in good standing in the state they wish to practice, or eligible to gain admission to the state in which they wish to practice, if relocation is desired.
The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $310,000, dependent on relevant years of experience.
