Nationwide Attorneys is seeking a mid-level associate for our Labor & Employment Department in our Los Angeles office. Qualified candidates will have at least four years of experience representing employers in employment law matters involving both litigation and advice and counseling with two of those years specific to California. A strong background in discrimination, retaliation and harassment law and wrongful discharge actions is a requirement for this position, as well as familiarity with wage and hour law and class action experience.

Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
