Job Requirements:Our Labor & Employment Group is seeking to hire a junior -level associate to be based in our Los Angeles office. California State Bar admission is required. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in handling employment litigation and providing labor and employment compliance advice to employers. Wage and hour class/collective/representative action experience and managing cases independently is a plus. We pride ourselves in providing both formal and informal training, mentorship and hands-on experience by staffing our cases leanly and efficiently. Associates work directly with partners on matters and often have direct contact with clients.
Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services. We seek self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows.
Los Angeles, CA: $200,000 to $250,000
