Position Overview:
We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a high-volume docket of personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in liability evaluation and negotiations, and is driven to maximize case value.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement
  • Conduct liability analysis, evaluate coverage, and develop case strategy
  • Review medical records, police reports, and insurance documentation to assess case value
  • Draft demand letters, correspondence, and settlement communications
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide high-level service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case progression
  • Prepare cases for litigation handoff when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the firm's case management system

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
  • 3+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
  • Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office

Salary Range
: $80,000-$200,000 per year
