Description:
Associate with 5 to 7 years of labor and employment defense experience to join expanding national labor and employment practice. The ideal candidate must have experience representing employers in federal and state court litigation, and have substantive experience handling wage and hour class action, PAGA litigation, and cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Key responsibilities include fact investigation, Exposure analysis, managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and advising clients on complex employment law compliance issues. Experience with alternative dispute resolution, client counseling, and workplace investigations is highly valued.
