A Full-Service Law Firm is actively recruiting a partner-track employment litigation associate to work in our Labor & Employment Group in our Chicago Office.We are seeking candidates with specific experience in wage and hour class actions and a background in substantive Illinois employment law. Experience with affirmative action/OFCCP compliance is a plus. Ideal candidates will have three to four years of employment litigation experience, strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, a willingness to work across offices, and produce top quality work while managing multiple assignments concurrently. Illinois bar admission is required.
