We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of litigation experience to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group. This is a great opportunity for a junior attorney who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys competition, and wants to make an immediate impact helping clients navigate employment challenges with clarity and confidence.

What You'll Do:

Draft persuasive legal briefs and other court filings.
Represent clients in hearings, law and motion proceedings, and trial.
Conduct legal research and advise clients on a wide range of employment and business issues.
Review and interpret contracts and employment-related documents.
Take and defend depositions.
Propound and respond to written discovery.
Collaborate closely with team members to deliver strategic, high-quality service to public and private sector clients.

What We're Looking For:

1–4 years of litigation experience; labor and employment background is a plus, but not required.
Excellent research and writing skills and a strong academic record.
Comfort with complex legal issues and documents, including contracts.
A competitive mindset and genuine interest in litigation.
Professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues alike.
Strong time management, creative problem-solving abilities, and follow-through.
Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
