What You'll Do:
  • Business transactions.

  • Legal research and writing.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, business sector entities, state, local, and federal agencies.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3-plus years of experience in a relevant practice area.
  • Comfort with direct client engagement and public meetings, or the willingness to learn.
  • Strong legal analysis, writing skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
