Who are you?Expertise & Experience: The right candidate has prior experience in corporate and/or securities transactions. Word-smithing skills, experience in drafting charter documents, offering documents, and corporate transactional documents are a must.

Required Experience:
- Minimum 2-6+ years of practice of law.
- Must have corporate or transactional drafting experience. Ideal experience includes drafting private placement memoranda, fund formation, securities compliance, and advising on private or public securities offerings.
