About the role:Davis Law Group Trial Attorneys is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Associate to join our growing trial team. This position is designed for attorneys who are confident advocates but still developing as lead litigators. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of solid litigation experience, has handled hearings or depositions independently, and is ready to take on more responsibility under the guidance of senior counsel.
This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling. You'll receive structured mentorship, exposure to complex cases, and opportunities to build courtroom experience within a firm that values professional growth and high performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead and senior attorneys with hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
- Manage assigned cases or case phases under partner supervision
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research, client meetings, and case strategy discussions
- Collaborate closely with paralegals and administrative staff
- Maintain timely and accurate billing entries
- Participate in weekly case reviews and internal training sessions
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar (Tennessee license a plus)
- 1–3 years of litigation experience, with at least limited first-chair experience preferred
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational habits and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with cloud-based legal software (MyCase, Lexis, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow into a senior litigation role
