Are you looking to join a tenured team at an AmLaw100 firm? Nelson Mullins is seeking an associate to join its Corporate group.

A day in the life:
Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases.

The Firm moved to its current location at 201 17th Street NW in 2007 as the first tenant in a new building located at Atlantic Station, a brownfield reclamation and mixed-used development that houses everyday amenities including alternative transportation options within walking distance. The office meets the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.

We Know You:
You have 4 to 6 years of meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders. You have strong writing, analytical and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and a great work ethic. You have excellent academic credentials and are admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
