Job Description:Bleecker Brodey & Andrews is hiring a Florida-licensed attorney (0–5 years experience) for a full-time, W-2 role focused primarily on reviewing and signing litigation documents in a high-volume Florida practice.
This position is ideal for an early-career attorney who is detail-oriented, comfortable with structured work, and interested in learning a specialized area of law with guidance from experienced attorneys. The role includes the opportunity for mentorship from a senior Florida attorney with over 40 years of experience who is transitioning toward retirement.
Responsibilities:
- Review and sign pleadings and other routine litigation documents for Florida cases
- Ensure filings comply with Florida procedural and ethical requirements
- Identify issues and escalate non-routine matters to senior attorneys
- Work closely with internal attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Follow established processes in a systems-driven, high-volume practice
Ideal Candidate:
- Active Florida Bar license (required)
- 0–5 years of experience (new attorneys encouraged to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive, document-focused work
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage volume
- Interest in learning creditor rights / litigation support over time
