Job Description:The Financial Services Group of An International Law Firm is seeking an associate with about 2-3 years of legal experience to join its finance practice in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate would have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in documenting, negotiating, and closing finance transactions, including asset-based loans, real estate loans, and/or cash flow loans. Candidates must be hardworking, motivated, and detail oriented. Strong academic background and drafting skills are also essential.
