A Transatlantic Law Firm is currently seeking a Counsel track attorney to join the Business Litigation Practice Group.Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience representing companies and/or financial institutions in regard to single plaintiff litigation including contracts, loan agreements, mortgages or leases.
- This position is open to office location, with a strong preference for attorneys licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York or Delaware.
- Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Please note that A Transatlantic Law Firm's counsel track opportunities are off-track/not partner track and therefore have a reduced billable hour requirement.
