We represent developers, general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and businesses in complex construction and commercial disputes, while also advising clients on contracts, risk, and day-to-day legal strategy.

What You'll Do:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements.
  • Advise clients on legal risk, compliance issues, and project-specific disputes.
  • Assist with claims involving delays, defects, liens, change orders, and payment disputes.
  • Participate in litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and strategy memoranda.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys on case development, trial preparation, and client strategy.

What We're Looking For:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction law, commercial litigation, or a related practice area.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional presence and strong client communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with Georgia lien law and bond claims.
  • Experience handling construction disputes.
  • Exposure to AIA contracts or similar industry-standard agreements.
  • Experience with ConsensusDocs is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities, including origination incentives.
