We are seeking a junior associate to join the Commercial Disputes practice in our dynamic Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience with general commercial litigation matters, multi-district litigation, or class actions in state and federal courts. Candidates should have experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting and managing the discovery practice, including e-discovery.

Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to or eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania bar. Clerkship or journal experience preferred but not required. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
