Reed Smith is seeking a mid-level Associate to join the Capital Markets group in any of our U.S. offices. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings. Experience representing public companies in '34 Act work a plus but is not required. $235,000 - $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
