  • Court appearances for hearings and proceedings with senior attorney support
  • Client communication and relationship management throughout each matter
  • Legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other tools
  • Your own professional development as you build toward independent litigation management

  • Structured mentorship from senior attorneys with deep probate and trust litigation experience
  • Real casework from day one in a niche, high-value practice area
  • Exposure to complex fiduciary disputes, contested estates, and trust litigation that most junior attorneys never see
  • A clear path toward greater autonomy as your skills and courtroom confidence develop
  • Paralegals and admin staff handling scheduling, document management, and deadline tracking
  • Clio Manage and structured workflows so you spend time on legal work, not file management

Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage probate, estate, and trust litigation matters from start to finish with partner guidance

  • Draft, review, and refine pleadings, motions, discovery, and related documents

  • Work closely with support staff to maintain organized files, meet deadlines, and move cases forward
  • Identify legal and procedural issues early and escalate appropriately

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Organized, dependable, and receptive to mentorship and feedback

Preferred:
  • Exposure to complex probate or trust disputes
  • Some probate administration experience
  • Estate planning background is a plus
