Job Description:Holland & Knight's Real Estate Capital Markets practice is seeking a litigation associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial landlord-tenant disputes, commercial foreclosure litigation, and other real estate litigation matters.
Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred. Holland & Knight possesses a collegial atmosphere and provides its professionals with a large platform with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Job Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom experience.
- Commercial landlord-tenant litigation experience, including preparation and service of predicate notices and court pleadings.
- Experience in, and/or a willingness to learn, commercial foreclosure litigation practice.
- Strong research and writing skills, including the ability to draft motions and adhere to proper NY citation formatting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Must be licensed or ready to become licensed the state of Florida.
- This candidate must reside in the Miami area at or prior to the time of hire. We believe that there is significant value in working together in person and will expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week.
