Job Summary:The Law Office of Taryn Sinatra is a boutique family law firm dedicated to providing high-quality, client-focused representation in all aspects of family law From uncontested matters to high conflict, high net worth matters. We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney who is eager to learn, develop litigation skills and grow within a supportive, fast-paced practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting with client consultations
- Preparing for and attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Communicating with clients
- Reviewing and analyzing financial disclosures
Requirements:
- Member in good standing with The Florida Bar
- 1–2 years of legal experience
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail:
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Litigation experience is a plus
- Family law experience is a plus
