Responsibilities and practice:A Worlds Largest Law Firm is seeking a Senior Attorney specializing in non-patent IP law with excellent academic credentials and 8-12 years of experience to join our dynamic Intellectual Property & Technology practice. There is flexibility for this position to be full time or part-time, M-F reduced schedule. This is a great opportunity to do interesting work for industry-leading clients with a group of dedicated colleagues who are passionate about their work. Responsibilities include:
- Domestic and international trademark strategy
- Domestic and international trademark clearance searches and filings
- TM search, prosecution, defense and enforcement in the United States, USPTO and worldwide
- TM/copyright counseling
- Copyright search, prosecution, defense and enforcement, including DMCA
- IP due diligence
- IP licensing
- Contracts generally with a focus on IP
- IP litigation support
- Anti-counterfeiting
- UDRP filings

Other Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in the state corresponding to the A Worlds Largest Law Firm office of interest and be in good standing of that state bar
