A Global 100 Law Firm, With More Than 700 Attorneys is seeking to hire an experienced commercial litigation associate to join our office in Washington, DC. The position is in our Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group. The successful candidate will work on matters in that practice group as well as commercial litigation generally.More than a third of A Global 100 Law Firm, With More Than 700 Attorneys's lawyers are litigators. Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have at least 6 to 8 years of commercial litigation experience, including significant experience taking and defending depositions. Hearing and some trial experience is required. Ability to work in a fast paced client-centric environment with a varied caseload involving complex issues is critical. Ideal candidates will be admitted to practice in DC (or eligible to waive in), in addition to VA and/or MD.
