Our California (Bay Area strongly preferred), Chicago, or New York Office seeks a Mid-Level/Senior Associate attorney with ideally five to seven years of IP Tech Transactions experience to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience advising clients on the intellectual property, artificial intelligence (AI), data and technology aspects of a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.

Specific beneficial experience includes: mergers & acquisitions where the target entities are IP and tech heavy; IP migrations and reorganizations; trademark, patent and technology licenses, such as software license and development agreements, joint development and R&D agreements, media-related agreements, and service provider agreements (including cloud and AI). Experience also can include AI, telecommunications, supply chain and outsourcing agreements, and other agreements involving data, intellectual property, and technology.

Candidates must possess top academic credentials, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and writing skills. We seek candidates that have the ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members, work well with in-house counsel, and be able to train and supervise Junior Associates. It is essential that candidates be admitted to and a member in good standing of a U.S. State Bar where they will be practicing.
