The New York office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for an Intellectual Property Litigation associate to join the Trademark & Copyright Team. The Trademark & Copyright team is a dynamic and rapidly expanding group that provides worldwide, comprehensive client counseling in all areas of trademark, copyright, trade secret, internet, and false advertising law. The ideal associate has 4-6 years' experience in trademark, false advertising, and copyright litigation, enforcement, and counseling. Alston & Bird is accepting applications from all sources.The salary range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our New York City office and may not be applicable to other locations.
