Our nationally recognized Advertising & Promotions practice is looking for a smart, self-motivated attorney to support a dynamic and fast-paced practice representing major national and international brands across a broad range of advertising, marketing, and promotional matters. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7+ years of experience advising clients on advertising and marketing law, including claim substantiation, consumer protection and unfair competition issues, compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, sweepstakes and promotions, influencer and social media marketing, and review of advertising and marketing materials. Experience counseling clients on FTC, FDA, and state attorney general investigations and enforcement matters, as well as experience with proceedings before the National Advertising Division (NAD), National Advertising Review Board (NARB), and Children's Advertising Review Unit (CARU), is a plus. Candidates with experience supporting clients in the consumer products, retail, technology, food and beverage, health and wellness, or media industries are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a non-partnership-track position. Strong analytical, drafting, and client counseling skills are essential. Qualified candidates should submit a resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $195,000 to a maximum of $275,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus program with opportunities for discretionary incentives that may include productivity, business development, and merit-based components, subject to applicable policies.
