IP Litigation Associate Attorney

This position is open to the Washington, D.C office. This role will support a cross-office Washington, D.C. and Silicon Valley team and will work closely with colleagues across the Firm's national high-tech patent litigation practice.

Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of patent litigation experience
• Meaningful involvement in litigation fundamentals such as motion practice, discovery, and case strategy.
• Strong academic credentials and a technical background; degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong legal analysis, writing, and problem-solving skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000.
