Overview:
An AmLaw100 Firm is looking to add a junior Intellectual Property Associate to its Intellectual Property Litigation, Trademarks and Patent Team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing team.

We Know You:
You have one to two years of meaningful experience in patent preparation and prosecution with a willingness to also assist in trademark and/or licensing matters. You possess a mechanical engineering or chemical engineering degree. You are admitted in good standing to a state Bar where An AmLaw100 Firm has an office, preference to NC and/or SC, and are admitted to the USPTO as a registered patent attorney.
