Who You Are:
- You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience, involving:
- Conducting investigations on behalf of corporate clients and responding to enforcement inquiries of DOJ, SEC, and other government agencies;
- Drafting briefs, whitepapers, client- and government-facing presentations, and correspondence with clients and the government;
- Conducting witness interviews and depositions; and
- Managing e-discovery.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
- You are an active member of the New York or Washington DC bar.
