A US Law Firm is seeking an International Trade Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. Ideal candidates will have the following credentials:

Experience working for U.S. trade-regulating agencies, particularly the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or Customs & Border Protection (CBP)..
Experience in U.S. customs law and import trade compliance, including classification, country of origin, and valuation.
Experience in export controls and sanctions analysis.
Candidates must have excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to function independently and within a team.
Candidates should be admitted to the District of Columbia Bar or eligible to waive into the District of Columbia Bar.
Preference will be given to candidates based in the Washington, DC office; however, candidates located in or willing to relocate to other office locations will also be considered.
