Description:

Seeking an associate with three to five years of experience to support our International Trade practice. Substantial experience in customs and import controls laws required. Experience in advising and counseling clients on customs and import controls matters and related project management experience, as well as service in the federal government at U.S. Customs & Border Protection or Homeland Security Investigations, preferred. Experience is essential in laws and policies governing, e.g., tariff classification, valuation and transfer pricing, audits, forced labor compliance, customs enforcement of antidumping and countervailing duty orders, free trade agreements and related rules of origin, fraud and penalty investigations, binding rulings, customs litigation, customs enforcement of other agency requirements (e.g., EPA, NHTSA, F&WS), customs legislation, and/or drawback.
