Kirkland & Ellis's Antitrust Group is seeking highly qualified junior attorneys. Kirkland is regularly called on to handle the toughest transactions and conduct investigations, including in situations in which the FTC or DOJ has unexpectedly signaled questions or concerns in an already-pending matter. Our team also regularly litigates against the agencies and state AGs. The ideal candidate will be interested in gaining experience in these and other complex matters, and have 1-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in matters involving second request investigations or merger litigations. FTC/DOJ experience is a plus.Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $310,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
