Position Description:The Insurance Practice Group of A Full-Service Business Law Firm Miami office is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its thriving practice. The ideal candidate should have top academic credentials, strong writing skills and litigation experience, preferably in the area of first-party and insurance coverage litigation. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic insurance litigation practice and gain trial experience. Experience taking/defending depositions and hearing attendance is required. Candidate must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Position must be based in Miami.
