A Distinguished Global Law Firm is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and highly qualified senior litigation associate to join its intellectual property practice. Candidate should have three to six years of experience as a seasoned patent litigator with extensive experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or before the USPTO in PTAB proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science or equivalent professional experience. USPTO registration is a plus but not required.
