A Full-Service Law Firm is actively recruiting a litigation associate to join the Finance & Restructuring practice group. Our Finance & Restructuring team provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on the full range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation matters. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of litigation experience within an Am-Law 100 firm. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. This position is available in any of our A Full-Service Law Firm locations.The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $180,000 - $300,000.
