Job Summary:Our Intake Attorneys are responsible for all aspects of a personal injury case (up to the filing of a complaint).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide direction to the intake team
- Evaluate the merits of a personal injury case
- Provide guidance and counsel to clients
- Medical case review
- SOL review
- Research and legal analysis
Qualifications and Skills:
- A license in good standing to practice law in Florida
- Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
- Prioritization of client representation, contact and customer service
- Excellent investigator and problem-solver skills
- Success providing direction and guidance to a team of staff
