Crowell & Moring, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Litigation Associate to focus on insurance recovery in our New York office.
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience representing policyholders in insurance recovery matters, from a nationally recognized law firm.
Candidates should have experience with representing policyholders in complex insurance recovery litigation and claims, conducting legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, participating in depositions, hearings, and other litigation activities and assisting senior attorneys in developing case strategies and settlement negotiations.
All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member, in good standing, of the New York Bar.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $320,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant's skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
