Description:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Ontario office. The ideal candidate will have experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or other insurance defense proceedings.Key Responsibilities:
- Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
- Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in California (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
- Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, and other insurance defense proceedings (Required)
