The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills and have experience with:
- First-party property claims and insurance coverage
- Defending depositions of experts, fact witnesses, and parties
- Attending court hearings, mediations, and participating in trial preparation
- Handling matters related to liability claims
Qualifications:
- Excellent academic credentials required
- Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Familiarity with billing practices and reporting guidelines
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
