Responsibilities:
- Analyzing insurance policies.
- Drafting coverage opinions, reservations of rights and disclaimers.
- Providing coverage recommendations.
- Litigating coverage disputes.
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience.
- Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the Long Island office, five days a week.
