Dalbir Singh and Associates P.C. is currently seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney who specializes in Removal Defense to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in handling Asylum cases, Cancellation of Removal cases, VAWAs, Waivers, BIA Appeals, Petition of Reviews, and Mandamus. This role requires dedication, expertise, strong writing skills, and a commitment to provide high-quality legal representation to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation to clients facing removal proceedings.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case-specific strategies.
Prepare and file relevant legal documents, petitions, and appeals with immigration courts and other relevant agencies.
Represent clients in immigration court hearings, interviews, and other proceedings.
Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their cases and providing guidance throughout the legal process.
Maintain responsibility and the ability to manage paralegal to ensure that deadlines are met, efficiency in case management, and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policies to advocate for clients' rights and interests effectively.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 4 years of experience practising immigration law, with a specialisation in removal defence.
Demonstrate expertise in handling asylum cases, cancellation of removal, VAWA, waivers, BIA appeals, review petitions, and mandamus.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet deadlines.
