Description:
We are looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team and work on removal defense cases in Georgia. Ideal candidates must have a working knowledge of EOIR forms/procedures, deportation relief, Asylum/D-CAT/Withholding, Waivers, Bonds, and the overall removal process. This position will be for detained and non-detained clients, and will require representation in court before EOIR.We are proud of our reputation for serving our community and providing our clients with the best legal representation and customer service. Qualifications/Requirements:
- Immigration: 2+ Years in U.S. Immigration Law as an Attorney (required)
- Immigration Law Firm Experience (or equivalent): 2+ Years (required)
- Experience in Removal Defence Cases (required)
- US Work Authorization
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish Strongly Preferred)
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- EOIR 42A/42B, Asylum/Withholding/D-CAT, Waivers, Habeas Petitions, and Bond Procedures (required).
- Understanding of how cases move through EOIR.

- Be Customer Service Oriented
- Be Comfortable with Technology, Immigration Software, and Microsoft Office
- Work in a Fast-Paced Team Environment
