Sweet James is looking for experienced Personal Injury attorneys to join our team—PI experience is required. This role is based in our Roswell office.

Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you'll work directly with the firm's partners, gaining hands-on experience in pre-litigation, client advocacy, marketing, and case strategy. If you're a driven attorney eager to excel in a high-performing, results-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
  • A Georgia-licensed OR California-licensed attorney ready to take on meaningful cases
  • Strong communication and client service skills— clients come first
  • Passion for helping those who are up against large corporations and insurance companies
  • A desire to learn, grow, and advance within our firm
  • Bonus points if you're bilingual or have a multi-jurisdiction license
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly goals and KPI's
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in personal injury

Compensation:
$90,000+ with opportunity for bonus
