We are a well-established and mission-driven immigration law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex humanitarian immigration matters. We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney who is passionate about advocacy, client service, and making a difference in people's lives.This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from home while remaining closely connected to a collaborative team of attorneys and legal professionals. Although the role is remote, occasional in-person appearances before EOIR and USCIS may be required (approximately once per month), with all travel expenses covered by the firm.

What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in humanitarian immigration matters, including VAWA, U Visa, and T Visa cases
- Appear before Immigration Court (EOIR) and USCIS as needed
- Review FOIA responses and case records to identify immigration relief options
- Counsel clients regarding denied applications and available legal strategies
- Prepare appeals and motions before USCIS and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)
- Provide thoughtful legal analysis and guidance to clients facing complex immigration challenges
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed attorney in good standing with any U.S. state bar
- Experience handling humanitarian immigration cases, including VAWA, U Visa, and T Visa matters
- Experience with Immigration Court proceedings and appearances
- Strong legal writing and appellate advocacy skills
- Ability to analyze case records, FOIAs, and complex immigration histories
- Excellent client counseling and communication skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality representation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Location Preference: Candidates residing on the East Coast are preferred.
