Immigration Attorney (Litigation)

Location: Austin, Texas 78754 (full tim onsite)

Springdale Law Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Immigration Attorney Associate to join our growing legal team in Austin, Texas. We take pride in providing high-quality, compassionate, and effective legal services to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements:
  1. J.D. or LL.M. degree
  2. Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state
  3. Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is required
  4. Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
  5. Excellent public speaking and legal writing abilities
  6. Ability to independently handle immigration master and individual hearings
  7. Knowledge and experience in various immigration reliefs, including: Asylum, VAWA, Cancellation of Removal (42B), Waivers, Marriage-based applications, Employment-based immigration
  8. Eagerness to learn, grow, and take responsibility in a collaborative environment
  9. Caring, dependable, and detail-oriented work ethic

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in immigration court in San Antonio, and provide strategic legal guidance on complex immigration matters. You will work closely with our experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff in a supportive, client-centered environment.
