Our mid-sized Austin-based immigration law firm, Azarmehr Law Group (ALG), is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our dedicated team.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school;
Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (Texas preferred);
At least 2 years of experience practicing immigration law, required; and
Experience with employment-based immigration (PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.) preferred.

Job Duties:

Prepare, review, and file employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa cases;
Provide strategic legal advice to clients and corporate employers regarding immigration options and compliance;
Represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Labor (DOL), and other relevant agencies;
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and government officials to advance case progress; and
Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration laws, regulations, and policy updates.
